Our Professional Fundraising Representatives receive extensive training so that they can best represent your organization. They do not receive a commission or a percentage of donations. Rather, they are paid an hourly wage for their work in accordance with Imagine Canada and the AFP (Association of Fundraising Professionals).

RESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGNS

 

Our face-to-face marketing representatives travel to homes in residential neighbourhoods. They wear clearly branded identification badges and carry authorized materials that explain the work of the organization or company they are representing.

​Representatives approach each interaction with potential donors in a relaxed, respectful and non-invasive way. The job requires intelligence, assertiveness, commitment and self-awareness. TNI’s training helps our representatives to develop these attributes to their full potential.

STREET OUTREACH PROGRAM

 

Street outreach programs take place on public streets in metropolitan areas. Our trained representatives approach passersby and engage them in informal conversation.

Street Marketing Campaigns provide organizations with a varied donor base and allow your brand to be seen regularly in high-traffic pedestrian zones. This method allows us to not only secure donors on behalf of your organization, but to display your brand in a public realm.

MALL AND EVENT CAMPAIGNS

 

Mall and Event Marketing Campaigns allow us to discuss your organization’s programs with a broad audience. Our kiosks are staffed by teams of outgoing, committed individuals who represent your organization responsibly and professionally, while abiding by standard solicitation rules.

Representatives increase awareness of your organization when they reach out to people passing by the kiosk and, as with street outreach marketing programs, mall and event marketing campaigns allow your message to be seen and heard by a larger and more diverse audience of prospective donors. TNI is proud to have staffed prestigious sporting events such as the Harlem Globetrotters and Stars on Ice, as well as others.

SMALL BUSINESS CAMPAIGNS

 

Our small business marketing program allows us to target a donor demographic not often serviced in the non-profit sector. We approach the owners of small- and medium-sized businesses in the region, explaining the benefits of becoming a monthly donor for your organization.
